Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The first sections below describe, in plain English, the terms and conditions you agree to when shopping at Shop4Sport.co.uk. However, please also click here to read our full terms and conditions.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept all major credits/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex, Solo, Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

We can also accept payment by cheque; select the "Credit card/payment details sent separately" payment option when completing the order.

Tax Charges

17.5% VAT is included on all orders, except for exempt items (e.g. children's clothes).

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). If you have any requests concerning your personal information or any queries with regard to these practices please contact dataquery@shop4sport.co.uk

The following information is requested if you purchase something from Shop4Sport (items highlighted with * are always required - other information is optional):

	If paying by credit-card or debit-card, you will also be required to supply the card details including the first line and postcode of the 'statement' address.

The information gathered is used ONLY for the following purposes:

	to allow delivery of the product(s) to the desired recipient, (delivery details on package),
	to allow delivery of a receipt, (your address),
	and, in the case of credit/debit card details, to facilitate payment via our merchant service provider (credit/debit card details to merchant services).

Except when using the information to process your order, as described above, the information gathered is not disclosed to any party.

If you choose to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter service, we will add your e-mail address to our newsletter distribution list. Your e-mail address is never disclosed to any third party.

Cookies

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Shop4Sport website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

2. Delivery can only be made to mainland UK. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

3. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Packaging and Posting, and Delivery sections. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

4. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this web site at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions. While we try and ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. We do file details of your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Payment can be made by any method specified in the Payment - How? section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

8. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

9. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, please refer to our Returns Policy section. Please refer to that section for details of the terms and conditions applicable. Some products (e.g. customisable products) are excluded from the Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns Policy section.

10. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.
